A lively cumulative rhyme explores the difficulty one mother has as she attempts to dress her feisty baby--who, unfortunately, finds every piece of clothing his mom picks out to be quite unsuitable. As the mom uses a variety of diversions to work the baby into his clothing (including dressing a stuffed rabbit in the baby's pants baby clothes and playfully putting her son's shoes on her head), the baby only says: No! No! Nooo! When the baby is finally dressed, his mom dashes off to don her own clothing, but when she returns, her son has a little surprise for her.
